High Frequency 

Remember that when you set your intentions when you are feeling bad and on a low frequency that all of your worries, fears, stress will show up more in your life! 
Meditate, listen to good music, remember happy experiences and think of the things you are grateful for and turn up the good emotion to get you back on that high frequency, the longer you stay down the harder it is to tune out of it.
